Lasercut Works

The Detox Kitchen // Harvey Nichols Foodhall
Project scope: Fabrication, Laser Cutting, Laser Engraving

We all could benefit from a detox from time to time – and the benefit was mutual when Lasercut met Detox Kitchen.

Detox Kitchen’s mission is to pack every dish we make with as much flavour and as many nutrients as possible. Food should be delicious, food should be enjoyable, food should be nourishing. Their focus is on creating nutritious, wholesome food using good quality, seasonal ingredients cooked from scratch daily in our kitchen. This simple honesty is also reflected in their approach to the branded store environment and where Lasercut come in.

Detox Kitchen founder Lily Simpson commissioned us to design and produce the main signage for their concessions at Harvey Nichols Mortimer Street and Kingly Street stores. The signage in the Kingly Street store was fabricated from laser cut acrylic sheet and installed onsite by us. The Mortimer Street store required additional design and production expertise as it featured a brushed brass frame light box with marble effect acrylic paneling. Both stores also features bold point-of-sale vinyl lettering made in house at our studio.
