Lasercut Works

Project Scope: Blog

Our Face Visor.

Our visors have been tested at SATRA Technologies and conform to EN166:2001 and CE certified. They have also passed inspection with numerous infectious disease departments. Each visor covers your face protecting your eyes, nose and mouth.

The visor comes in two parts, the protective shield and the adjustable head strap making manufacturing simple.

They are reusable and come with a cleaning guide –  produced by head of health, safety and risk management at South London hospital.
They are made from PET and polypropylene. They are anti fog and all materials can be 100% recycled.

We have currently supplied numerous NHS trusts and care facilities around the UK and continue to do so, with current production exceeding 200,000 units. For more info see who we are below. All products are stocked in the UK and we have next day delivery service.

Who we are.

Lasercut Works have produced a range of PPE which has been approved by the NHS department for infectious diseases. Lasercut Works have modern laser cutting and engraving machines which are suited to the medical industry due to the precise nature of the lasers used.
Lasercut Works have already provided in excess of 200,000 face visors to the NHS and other care providers. A huge advantage of Lasercut Works’ face visors is that they are fully reusable. Lasercut Works collaborated with the NHS to ensure the visors are reusable after effective sanitisation is carried out.

The high-quality face visors are excellent at protecting the wearer from contagious airborne droplets. Lasercut Works have the material and resources to produce 20,000 visors per day.  Lasercut Works are also producing surgical masks, ftp2 masks, aprons, and safety goggles to further support those working with coronavirus patients.
